Overview:
As a mineshaft with 2.2 million t/a production capacity, under construction unexploited coal of Zhaizhen Coal Mine accounted for over *0% of entire reserves. Of which, the seventh and eighth mining area include Zhaizheng Government, hospital, school, and commercial street and other buildings with over 4 million tons of recoverable unexploited coal reserves.
Basic plan:
1 Full gangue (waste rock), raise chute, conveying, gangue throwing machine filling, tamping filling body
2. Full gangue (waste rock), raise chute, conveying, gangue throwing machine filling, grouting full gangue (waste rock), filling body, curing cementing
3. Full gangue (waste rock) +fly ash/ cementing material, raise chute, conveying, tamping filling body, curing cementing
Application achievement:
Since implementing filling mining, Zhaizheng Coal Mine has recovered **0 thousand tons more than wide belt each year, obtained nearly *0 million Yuan economic benefits each year, effectively controlled surface subsidence and released a lot of industrial square unexploited coal resources. Through gangue filling exploitation, Zhaizheng Coal Mine basically achieves the requirement that gangue will not be raised out of mineshaft or not be raised up to mountain.
