Overview

Weighing scale of TSC speed governing constant weight feeder consists mainly of two parts: supporting structure and movable body, which are connected by dustproof bearing and “S” type high-precision tension sensor, can greatly improve the metering accuracy of the equipment.
Structural features:
The weighing scale framework is made of cold-formed C type steel plate, has novel structure and high strength, and is suitable for all kinds of non-standard weighing scale body design.
The integrated direct-coupled gear motor is made by Germany imported technology, and has the features of low noise, low vibration, dust resistance, long life and high reliability. The motor has anti-torque supporting plate and shaft-mounted structure, and is directly coupled with the weighing scale body drive roller, which is much convenient for installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Annular endless belt can be selected according to different processes: flat belt, baffle structure and skirt belt structure.
The design of weak magnetic gear speed measuring device and speed measuring circuit can truly reflect motor deceleration with accurate and reliable speed measuring signal.
The weighing scale body feeding device is equipped with a pallet, which can control feeding quantity and sealing material, as well as be easy for weighing scale body and zero calibration.
