Raw water -> raw water tank -> water pump->Quartz sand filter-> active carbon filter-> chemical dosing unit-> 5 micron filter -> water pump+ RO equipment unit+ on-line RO washing unit ->water tank ->UV light sterilizer
 Remark: Supply water for juice blending tank and washing-filling-capping units
 
Secondary part: Juice preparation making  system:
Sugar melting tank -> syrup filter ->juice preparation blending tank->double-link filter ->vacuum degas unit -> high pressure homogenizer->UHT ultrahigh temperature instant Sterilizer->Storage tank
 
Third part: PET Bottle hot juice filling and packing line :
 PET bottle unscrambler-> bottle air loading conveyor -> auto juice washing, bottling and capping units ( monobloc *-in*1juice hot filling machine) -> inverted bottle sterilizer ->bottle spray cooling machine->  Bottle air blowing dryer->auto sleeve labeling machine+ label hot shrink tunnel+ steam generator->auto PE film hot shrink wrapping machine -> stacker  Or carton packing units ->stacker
