Features

- Aspiration system adopts double systems of winds with positive-negative pressure aspiration. And it can clean light offal twice from both foreside and backside. The upper wind system has uniform intake air, and the downside wind system applied blower fans, arranged in equal breadth, having uniform air. Air route way was equipped with special settings to ensure uniform air distribution. Feeders ensure seeds can be fed uniformly. The downside wind system and feeders adopt transducer to implement step less control, improving the capability to clean light mishmashes and crimpled seeds, so that it can realize fine processing of seeds.
- Screener system was composed of seven series-wound screens arranged on four layers, configured inversely with equal inertia. Its frame employs high class timber. And the upper screens and downside screens can be used interchangeably. This kind of screener system successfully reduced vibration and noise, improved reliability, satisfied with multifarious processing needs.

- Whole body of the air screen employs complete symmetrical design in left and right. It can satisfy with the needs of different processing technology configuration on processing flow-lines.
- Screens, trash extraction and feeding subassembly were all made by high quality wood, having good airproof and shockproof performance, and with lower noise.
- All variable parameters can be regulated in broad scope to realize fine processing of seeds.
- Cleaning-up units of screens employed integrated steel frame comprising rubber balls inside, high cleaning efficiency.

- This air screener employed cabinet-like enclosed construction, effectively reduced dust content in processing plant.
