:pass box is a crollary equipment in clean room,installed between the area which has different clean grade,used to transfer goods,though the goods can self-purifation,it can used as the air brake,prevent the air conveection between the clean room.

 

 The electronic interlocking equipment,which makes the doors on two sides can't open at the smae time,that make sure the air in the clean room area con't convent.
