Description

PVB**1 dry sliding bearing has common structure with all other DU Bushings.

Material Structure:
PTFE with Pb 0.*1~0.*3mm
Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
Bronze backing 0.7~2.3mm

Characteristics:
Good wear and friction performance over a wide range of load, speed and temperature conditions without lubrication
Also can perform well with lubrication
Bronze backing provides improved corrosion resistance compared with PVB**0 self lubricating bushing

Availability:
Standard cylindrical bush, flanged bushing, thrust washers and strips are available.
Special designs can be made according to your requirement
Lead free bushing is also available

Applications:
