ST***5 ST***0 ST***0, ST***0 are available for steaming a broad range of fabrics made from various materials from the fine synthetic fabric to the thick pile fabric. A special un-tension design, the hanging loop is formed by calico from outside to inside. Two pairs of rollers guide fabric and one "spray pipe" coordinate together.

Description:

Continuous Steamer is used as an ager for color fixation after printing of textiles and applicable to natural fibres, synthetic fibres or their blends, for either knitted or woven printed cloths

 

Mechanical Features:

1)This steamer is applicable to a broad range of fabrics made from various materials from the fine synthetic fabric to      the thick pile fabric.

2) A special un-tension design, the hanging loop is formed by calico from outside to inside. Two pairs of rollers guide      fabric and one "spray pipe" coordinate together. This makes the hanging loop smooth.

3) Spray pipe" functions: to prevent fabric from moving, to increase humidity and make calico look more colorful and to      avoid the fabric becoming goffer and rolling together.

4) Hanging rods are designed of special aluminum alloy profile, no need of anti-slip inserts and therefore allowing longer      lifetime and no need of replacement parts

5) Steaming chamber is of advanced closed design, thermal oil heating radiators are produced of stainless material and      so are the circulation fans. Temperature rises rapidly inside steaming chamber to the desired adjusted level thus      optimizing the most effective heat energy and even steam distribution inside chamber and to maintain the most      precise temperature constant

6)The unique steam regulation system maintains the moisture at the best operation level in constant degree,      irrespective of how much water the steam is supplied with.

7)Built-in water tanks are fitted for the purpose of purification of saturated steam and to regulate the most correct      moisture amount thus resulting in the best color fixation effect

8) The top of the steam chamber is designed with spiral heating coil to prevent the steam from forming a condensed drip.

9)A specially designed moisturizing atomizer allows stable control of temperature inside chamber

*0)HT Steam heating control system using thermal oil results in fast temperature rise to its preset level, also offering       precise accuracy temperature control set at ±1℃.

*1)Steam chamber has many windows which are easy for operators to observe the condition.

*2) Steaming chamber is provided with sight glasses and partitions are heat resistant using quality glass wool       insulation material.
