3. Manipulation Processes
? Pre-loading of the Cabinet is completed manually on the air-cushion trolley.
?Open air way and worker manually puts the air-cushion trolley together with cabinet into foaming fixture.
? The front plate is driven by air cylinder to shut.
? When the front panel get to right position, side panel starts to move until gets upright to lock the platform on air-cushion trolley.
? Turn air-input valve off to make the trolley get out.
? When the moulds are heated to required temperature, manul injection begins. Then, the solidification of the cabinet comes up.
? After solidification finished, open air-input valve of trolley to bear platform. Besides, side panel moves.
? Open front panel.
? Pull trolley out manually.
