Fresh Goat milk

Description

We supply fresh Goat Milk directly from our farm in Penampang to stores and by direct delivery. We use sanitary techniques and filter bottle and cool all of our milk *0min or less after milking. We frequently test our milk as unsold milk is brought back to the farm, tasted, and if good used to make cheese. We rotate stock in stores and markets every 3 days or less, no payment unless sold, payment can be arranged at restocking time by cash or at the end of each month by cheque to our Good Goat account. This milk is fresh and unpasteurized and can last up to *5 days if stored properly but usually shelf life varies between **9 days. It can be frozen unlike cow milk. It will spoil sooner than it should if the refrigerator is not at the proper temperature. Expiration date is set at 9 days after milking. We also supply pasteurized milk by request, which should last 3 weeks if refrigerated and unopened.
