PROCEDURE FOR �FC BG/SBLC (FOR PURCHASE AND LEASE)

*- Seller/Lessor and Buyer/Lessee �execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement with copy of their passports, etc, which�thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract agreement which both parties shall lodge with their respective banks.

*- Within three (*3) banking days, the Buyer/Lessee will issue�POF or ICBPO�by MT**9 (Appendix 1) with {*5%*2%/6%*2%} of total Face value (EURO) of the�FC BG/SBLC�and send to Seller�s/Lessor\'s bank {Bank to Bank Swift}.

*- Within three (*3) working days after receiving and verifying the�POF or ICBPO�(Appendix 2) which issued by the Buyer�s/Lessee\'s bank, the Seller�s/Lessor\'s �bank will issue a �PRE-ADVISE via MT**0�(ICC ***4) to the Buyer�s/Lessee\'s �bank. {Bank to Bank Swift}.

*- After receiving and verifying that MT **0 (ICC ***4) the Buyer�s/Lessee\'s bank will release the MT**3 {Bank to Bank Swift}.

*- After confirmation of releasing the MT**3, the Seller/Lessor will deliver the hard copy of the�FC BG/SBLC�to Buyer�s/Lessee\'s Bank via bank bonded courier in three (*3) banking days.
