Description

Chocolate Tanks
 
It melts and tempers chocolate in *5L,**0L.**0L(*****0L)batches,
used to melting,mixing, holding and tempering chocolate.
For quick, accurate and consistent chocolate tempering every time.
Easy to fill and equipped with a valve for emptying the tank.
The chocolate is water-heated and cooled.

Advantage

1.The inside surface is in pearl-blasted stainless steel AISI **4 with an outer powder
enamelled cladding. 

2.The electrical Control panel controls the temperature
and keep it at a certain degree.

3.The temperature is auto controlled, heated by hot water
in jacket, so it can be used to melt chocolate.

4.In order to prevent the chocolate being sticked on the
inside surface, we fix the scraper on the wing of the stirrer
where contact with the inside surface. 

5.The top cover is half removable, which make it easy
to load the product.
