Q:  Is the hair virgin and unprocessed?
A:   Yes

 Q:  Could the hair be dyed and iron-flat?

A:   It is virgin hair, so could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’t exceed **0C, or the hair will be destroyed.    Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.

Q:  How many bundles hair do I need?
A:   Normally more about 3pcs that is **0g are enought for a full head.You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over *8" long you might need another pack.If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.

  Q:  If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
A:  I will ship the goods right away after payment arrive. Arrival time plz refer to the above shipment chart. Take US for example, it takes roughly 3 days after payment arrive.

 Q: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
A:  Treat this hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Leave the hair get dry naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy.

 Q: Why my hair get tangle?
A:  Hair get tangle because it’s too dry, wash with conditioner and it will go better.

 Q: How long this hair could last?
A:  The hair could last for a very long time depends on how you treat it. Treat the hair like your own hair and take good care of it will last longer.

 Q:How to distinguish your hair that is **0% human hair?

A:  It is easy to distinguish human hair by burning and smell. When we burn the human hair, it will show white smokes, smell with protein and become ash which will go away after pinching. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have little gray hair and split end, which is normal but not a quality problem.
