    This product is one of our patents, and is one of new products which is aimed to the problem put forward by a variety of cement clients that the lining brick of cement rotary kiln mouth is not synchronized with lining brick of burning zone. This product breaks through the limitation of production process of refractory brick and promotes the comprehensive property by adding heat and wear resistant steel fiber which makes perfect combination of intensity and toughness.
    The product has a series of advantages of high crushing strength, good wear resistance, good impact resistance, strong anti-stripping resistance, good thermal shock resistance and correct dimensions, also overcomes a series of disadvantages damaging the large-scale and new dry-process cement rotary kiln mouth, such as the feeding materials impact, and instability of mechanical stress, thermal stress and temperature. The service period of this brick could keep space with that of lining brick of burning zone for at least one year.
