(****0%) of liquid metal filter. Its uniform texture, communicated
three-dimensional network skeleton structure can effectively
convert the turbulent flow of the solution into a very steady
laminar flow and drain away the gas, so that the filling smooth,
greatly improved casting quality
Yuanying foamed ceramics filter not only has high through-hole
rate, high surface area, good thermal shock resistance, low flow
resistance, high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance
and other characteristics, but also has excellent filtering
function such as mesh screening, residue collection, implantation,
etc. and can effectively filter out impurities small to tens of
microns.
Ceramic foam widely used in metal melt filtration, high-temperature
flue gas purification, solid heat exchangers, chemical filtration,
special packing, catalyst support and photothermal
transformation.
Effectiveness of foamed ceramics filter:
