USES:

Polyester as a garment with fiber, the fabric after wash to achieve the effect of wrinkle, wash and wear. Often will polyester fiber with various fibers blended or mixed, such as cotton, polyester, wool, etc., are widely used in all kinds of fabrics and decorative materials. Polyester in industry can be used for the conveyor belt, tents, canvas, rope, fishing nets, etc., especially the tyre made with polyester cord, is close to a polyamide fiber on performance. Polyester fiber can also be used for electrical insulation materials, acidproof filter cloth, medicine, industrial fabrics, etc. Synthetic fiber has high strength, abrasion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistant, light, warm, good electrical insulation, and is not afraid of mould cavity, etc, in the national economy every field has been widely used.


ADVANTAGES:
 

Strength: the strength of the polyester fiber is higher than cotton nearly 1 times, three times higher than wool, polyester fabric is solid and durable.

Heat resistance: can be used in *0 ~ ***0 c, is the heat resistance and thermal stability of the best in the synthetic fiber.

Elasticity: the elasticity of polyester is close to wool, wrinkle resistance than that of other fibers, fabric does not wrinkle, protect good line.

Abrasion resistance, abrasion resistance after polyamide polyester, second in the synthetic fiber.

Absorbent: polyester bibulous low moisture regain, insulation performance is good, but due to the low water imbibition, friction produced electrostatic, natural dye adsorption performance is poor, so polyester dyed commonly used high temperature high pressure dyeing method.

Dyeing: polyester lacked a hydrophilic group or dye acceptor site, so the dyeing of polyester is poorer, disperse dye or non ionic dyeing are available, and the dyeing conditions are harsh.
