The base material used is a modified injection polyurethane TPU to die cast injection, with a special formula composition that gets a final product that can be easily and hard glued to the shoe. This new composition has the best assets of the TPU and rubber but it has not their disadvantages.

A  composition material with much better properties that can  manufacture articles with the following advantages:

A very thin thickness of 1.2 mm . The minimum thickness for rubber half soles is 2 mm / 1.8 mm., so they have a thick and heavy  looking. When our TPU half soles are on the shoe, they nearly cannot be seen.

An abrasion resistance of *5 mm3. The best rubber quality you can find in the market is of **0 mm3 abrasion resistance. This makes our TPU half soles and heels last four times more compared to the best  rubber ones.

Matt and gloss effects.    Our modified TPU material is so liquid that can make half soles and heels  with matt and gloss effects on the sole. We can make beautiful and exclusive designs for our customers as per their request that they never could imagine. Rubber can only be made with a matt finish.
