Flocculant:Can flocculate drilling fluid cuttings and clay.
Lubrication:The product will adhere to the surfaces of metal or
clay particles and form a liquid film,changing solid surface
friction into liquid surface filtration,so as to lubricate the bits
and drilling tools to reduce the mud cake's friction coefficient
and bring down mine accident rate.
Plugging effect:Affected by ions of Al+,Fe+,Ca+,cross linking
reaction could occur.And part of the high-molecular compound will
be transferred from linear type into body type.It is insoluble in
water,which adhere to the wall of the well and close up the stratum
gap and prevent the leakage of drilling fluid.
Filtration reducing effect:The higher the product's hydrolysis
degree is,the more hydration groups are there on its molecular
chain and the better hydration effect it will be .And it will
change from flocculant into filtration reducer.
In drilling fluid,the product can form a net frame spece with clay
particles.It's effective viscosity drops along with the increase of
shear thinning rate.It's a shear thinning effect is good.
