Urea Formaldehyde Molding Compound(also known as urea moulding compound or amino moulding plastic powder) is one kind of thermosetting materials, which is made of Urea Formaldehyde Resin, by adding the curing agent, filling,colorant,and lubricant ect.
    Advantages: High intensity, anti-scratch,anti-PH,anti-heat,no poison,good shining,bright color and no color changing issue with long term use.  
    Color available: Red, yellow, green, blue, violet, black, white, cream, ivory, brown, orange and customized.We can produce based on your sample either.
 
Usage:
1.Electrical appliance spares: switch, sockets.
2.Machinery spares: knob, handle, spinning machine components, instrument shell, clock shells. 3.Ornaments: Imitation pearls, buttons and pins.
4.Vessel: Various kinds of commercial used bottles, boxes and covers.
5.Others: toys, Mahjong cards, chess, ashtrays, balls, and toilet cover seats.
 
Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.
Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date. Test should be undertaken when expires. Qualified products can still be used.
Transportation Caution: avoid moisture, heat, dirt and packaging damage.
