High-low Voltage Current Transformer Ratio Tester is a new electricity inspection device for high voltage metering users. It is able to test metering device current transformer’s ratio and polarity with voltage of *5KV or less under the condition of not shut down the electricity and not changing the wirings. So that it is able to effectively avoid high voltage metering users changing the high-low voltage current transformer or changing the current transformer nameplate as well as changing the polarity of second wire with the purpose of using electricity illegally.
