The test strip of this kit is used to detect Vibrio cholerae serogroups O1 or O**9 in the samples, based on the colloidal gold labeling and doubleantibody sandwich test. Normally the depth of the test band color parallels with the concentration of the V. cholerae bacteria in the samples. It can be used in the rapid screening for the samples. The kit is easy to use, rapid and accurate. The result is easy to read, and no special instrument is needed.
