Product Catalog : “Basmati” is long grain aromatic rice grown for many centuries in the specific geographical area, at the Himalayan foot hills of Indian sub-continent, blessed with characteristics extra- long slender grains that elongate at least twice of their original size with a characteristics soft and fluffy texture upon cooking, delicious taste, superior aroma and distinct flavour, Basmati rice is unique among other aromatic long grain rice varieties.
 
Agro- climatic conditions of the specific geographical area as well as method of harvesting, processing and aging attribute these characteristic features to Basmati rice. Owning to its unique characteristics the “scented Pearl” lends a touch of class that can transform even the most ordinary meal into a gourmet’s delight.

Varieties : The main varieties of Basmati rice as notified under the seeds Act, ***6 are Basmati **6 , Basmati **7 , Ranbir Basmati , Karnal Local/ Taraori Basmati, Basmati **0, Type*3 (Dehradooni Basmati), Pusa Basmati*1, Pusa Basmati ***1, Punjab Basmati*1, Haryana Basmati- 1, Kasturi and Mahi Sugandha.

Areas of Cultivation : The areas of Basmati Rice production in India are in the states of J & K, Himanchal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, uttarakhand and western Uttar Pradesh.

Any rice other than basmati rice is named as non- basmati rice. In the world it has been reported that there are ****0 varieties of rice and out of which the maximum number are in India.

Mustard Oil – The Healthiest One : Mustard Oil is extracted at a low pressure at low temperature (*****0C).It contains 0.***0.*5 % essential oil (AllylIso-Thiocynate) which acts as preservative. Mustard Oil is one of the best cooking oil particular for heart patient because it has an Omega 3 (MUFA) and 6 Fatty Acid composition (Linolic and alpha Linolic Acid respectively) in good proposition close to *0:1 rarely found in any other oil. 
The ideal ratio of Omega 6 and Omega 3 is *0:1.
 

• Mustard oil has *0 percent protein, calcium, phytins, phenolics and natural anti-oxidants.
