equipment, it is fully controlled by the computer, auto quick order
change, high precision scoring and high quality slitting. It
reduces the line downtime and improves productivity
significantly.
Features
1. Imported high quality industry computer and PLC compose the
machine NC system.
2. High quality linear guides and high - precision ball screw
guarantees a ≤± 0.5 MM slitting and scoring precision.
3. Memory can store **9 orders , auto order change or manual
order change without stopping.
4. Automatic synchronize with the corrugated production line
speed , can be connected with production management system with
excellent compatibility.
5. Quick order change within 3 ~ 6 seconds (servo type : 3
seconds). Two sets running simultaneously can realize fast order
change, less waste paperboard.
6. Thin tungsten alloy steel blade, sharp and long serving
life more than 8 million meters.
7. Patent passive type grinder, light and handy structure,
easy maintenance.
8. Computer controlled auto grinding or manual grinding,
knifes can be grinded while cutting at the same time, improve
productivity.
9. Well selected three type scorer: convex on concave ( single
wall), convex on concave (double wall) and convex on flat, which
can be altered by electrical driven system.

scoring results for easy board folding.
