Collagen casings are made from durable yet tender beef hide which makes stuffing exceptionally easy. And the machines we use are imported from Poland and Germany. With the brand of "InterTripas", we specialize in this field for many years with the customers of Brazil, Korea and Thailand etc.

Collagen casings including dry and CS (cook & smoked) casings are supplied in boxes of "shirred" sticks, each of which has *4 meters.For the edible casings the size ranges from as small as *7mm up to sizes of *6mm.
