2) Function and Structure

straightening machine will continually draw out the blank and make it straight when teemingï¼›The drawing roller reverses and carries the dummy head into the mould when rolling.

Use single rack with 5 rollers combined straightening machine to make the blank continuously and uniformly distort, distortion velocity is low and steady, to overcome the peak of distortional ratio. It will decrease the flaw and fault above and inside blank, and fits for high speed and big section blank production.

Straightening machine is made up of driving roller, subsidiary roller, driving system, frame structure, water cooling system, and protective plate.

3) Main parts

Continuous casting machine’s each strand sets one set of straightening machine, including:

 ***1pc of frame structure, plate jointing piece, fixed in the public straightening machine pedestal;

***2 pcs of hydraulic pressure cylinder connected with the frame

***5pcs of forge steel rollers fixed on center-aligned roller bearing, up roller installs in the up roller frame, down roller installs in the frame, roller and bearing seat with water cooling inside.

***1set of pipe and soft pipe which is used for water-cooling, hydraulic medium, lubricating pipe.
