Thanks to excellent performance of the block forming machine, block
made by our machine have compressive strength more than *0 Mpa
which is higher than Chinese standard. They also have a great
rupture strength and freezethaw resistance. No deformation will
occur on appearance of block which have great density.
Geneworks applies specially made vibrating motor, which has
strong starting torque and brake torque and is capable of resisting
extreme high working temperature, thus greatly prolonging the
service life.
The strength vibration-exciting system improves the product
strength, perfects the vibration reduction system and prolongs the
mould and machine body service life.
The smart vibration system is capable of generating **0KN huge
exciting-vibration force with high acceleration.The excellent
hydraulic pressure speed regulation system and the relative
hydraulic pressure balancing and loop ensure the smooth movement of
the hydraulic pressure execute component, and make mould ejection
process steady and smooth, crack will never be produced on the
newly made block.
The specially made vulcanized material will be applied to the soft
hanging connection in the conjunction of the vibrating body and the
machine body, the destructive force will be first absorbed and then
slowly released, this can ensure the product strength and prolong
the machine’s service life.
The capacity is showed in the parameter table. For example, the
capacity of QFT4 for standard bricks(**0***0***0mm) is caculated
like this: the cycle time is ****2 seconds, so the machine works
about 3 times per minute. The capacity per minute is
3*4(pcs/mould)=*2pcs. the output per hour is *2**0=**0. You can
caculate the capacity of each machine for each brick type in the
same way.
About **0mmx**5mmx*3mm, the output in 8 hours is about
****0pcs (*8pcs× 3times × *0 minutes × 8 hours × 1 shift)
About **0mmx**0mmx**0mm , the output in 8 hours is about ***0pcs
(4pcs× 3times × *0 minutes × 8 hours × 1 shift)

(3pcs× 3times × *0 minutes × 8 hours × 1 shift)
By the way, If you want to produce other different size of brick,
you only need to change the mould. And of course the extra price
for the mould should be paid.
