The difference between VSP***1 and VSP ***2: 

VSP ***2 has six channels while VSP ***1 has four channels for configurable preview and program.

The extra two channels of inputs is one channel  of DVI4 input and one channel of VGA4 input. 

The difference between VSP***2S and VSP ***2:

VSP ***2S has one 3G SDI input more than VSP ***2.
