Plate evaporator advantage:

*-High heat transfer efficiency :
Comparing with traditional shell-and-tube evaporator, plate-type evaporator with unique corrugation makes high turbulence so the heat transfer efficiency enhances, especially in the condition with medium of high concentration and high viscosity, it  can work normally under the condition with temperature difference of **5C.
*-Less fouling , long operation cycle:
The special design of the plate can make the flow turblence in very low speed, this can reduce the fouling and prolong plate life time, then both the maintenance sost and initial investment can be much smaller for customer.
*-Low power consumption:
For the same heat exchanging area, plate heat exchanger has bigger passage area and lower friction than tube heat exchanger. Then, for the same performance, plate-type evaporator can use a lower head pump and consume less power.
*-Improving product quality:
An obvious advantage  of the plate vap is low retention volume, which means there is hardly any medium resorted in plate vap, furthermore, quick start and stoop are allowed for plate evaporator.
