Usage/ Application: Mainly used for primary filtration of
mining, such as coal, iron ore, stones, etc. Widely used in
asphalt mixer equipment, mine vibrating screens, screen deck
and trommel.
Introduction: Our woven mining screen wire mesh is
manufactured with high-carbon manganese steel or stainless steel.
Because of high-quality material, our mining screen is more
resistance to abrasion and corrosion, enjoying higher tensile
strength and longer wear life. Moreover, during weaving process,
every step is strictly controlled, to make sure finished screen
wire has following advantages, such as suitable tightness, smooth
surface, precise and square opening size, etc. Wire diameter
deviation is controlled within 0.*3mm, and aperture width tolerance
is controlled within 3%. The precise aperture improves screening
accuracy, and screen wire in standard size will be easily
installed.
