 Grinding Machine (Dry Type)
No. 4 Dry type Grinding Machine works similarly with No. 4 Wet Type
Grinding Machine, Except that there is no Oil Nozzles in the inlet
& Outlet. So instead of the Oil Recycling System in the Wet
Grinding Machine, Dust Collection System is installed in this
machine to remove the dust caused by Dry Type Grinding.
Another Distinction is that Dry Type Grinding Machine is without HL
Grinding Unit that is optional in wet type grinding line.
So In this case, only Dry type No. 3 (Coarse Finishing, Abrasive
Grain from #*0 to #**0) or No. 4 (Fine Finishing, Most Popular,
abrasive grain from #**0 Or above) can be grinded by this
machine.
Coiler & Decoiler System is optional for Coil-to Coil
Solutions.
Grinding Machine (Dry Type) is composed of: Inlet, Outlet and
Intermediate Roller Table, Short line (No. 3 or No. 4) Grinding
Unit, Dust Collection Unit, Laminator as well as Electrical Control
System.
Coiler & Decoiler System would also be added for Coil to Coil
Solution if needed.
The machine will get short lines on stainless steel surface, and
make th stainless steel for decoration.
