Moreover, during weaving process, every step is strictly controlled, to make sure finished screen wire has following advantages, such as suitable tightness, smooth surface, precise and square opening size, etc. Wire diameter deviation is controlled within 0.*3mm, and aperture width tolerance is controlled within 3%. The precise aperture improves screening accuracy, and screen wire in standard size will be easily installed.
