We thank you for your advertisement on Petroleum.

My client owns Petroleum Tank Farms. As you appreciate these entities are restricted and confidential to serious buyers. These Buyers are called Majors.

Our procedure is a TTM [Table Talk Meeting in London with the Seller\'s Solicitors in their Bank Chambers.

The Seller will only deal with the person with the SIGNATORY of the Buying Company\'s Account

We will only accept a fax from the SIGNATORY initially . Fax Must be requested

Once the Selling Company receives the fax. The fax authencity will be looked at.

Once Due Diligent green light has been given, an Invitation to the Signatory with his/her team

to visit London, United Kingdom.

The SIGNATORY is to bring BCL, LOI, etc; and all other related credentials to be placed on the table. The Seller will produce all his credentials at the same time.

We will re-iterate my client will only accept the Signatory/Signatories of the Buying Company\'s Account
