Louisiana Pearl, LLC makes the very best Bowfin Caviar on the market today.  Do not take my word for it, Check it out for yourself.  Much of our product is packaged in 9 lb containers.  6 Containers per case.  However, if you act before the season opens you can have your caviar packaged in whatever containers you like.

Bowfin requires no C.I.T.E.S. permit.  So we can ship small shipments over seas.  Not requiring  a C.I.T.E.S. means much faster turn around from manufacture to shipping.  Bowfin can be shipped fresh or frozen and has an excellent shelf life.
