precision processing, product quality is difficulttly
controled.After our research and development,we use the sorting and
assembling method to solve the problem.We sort the semi-finished
products of bearing in different size,and group in defferent
dimensional precision, then Hierarchically assemble.so there are
different precision grades of bearing.We just add the process of
sorting size, the cost of process is far less of the machining
cost.
