1. Bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and
counting are all finished automatically.
2. The driving system is step motor control, and easy to
maintenance, easy to clean.
3. Each machine is with inverter, can adjust machine speed
very easily.
4. The machine has a count function, can count bags
automatically.
5. Sealing part is split type, it will separate when machine
stops, safer than roller heating method.
6. Each machine is with photo sensor, the machine can nor only
work with photo sensor to control the bag length, but also work
with fixed length which is setted on control box.
7. The machine will automatically stop when film is finished
or the mark tracing has problem.
8. The temperature is under independent PID control, more
suitable for different packing materials.
9. Package film should be laminated film, such as PET/PE,
OPP/PE, NYLON/PE, AL/PE, etc.
