PAYMENT TERM: DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT TO BE PAID after
Discharge Port.
All in option to be delivered from September. The procedure is
the
following:
*- Buyer confirms Soft Offer and issues an ICPO with bank details
for
verification.
*- After verification, Seller provides Contract to be revised
and
confirmed by Initial. Seller and Buyer sign Contract Via electronic
mail,
which shall be deemed legally, binding and enforceable.
*- Upon receiving the signed Contract, Seller lodge it to his bank
and
issues a Proforma Invoice of the amount of the first month
delivery.
*- Buyer issues a Letter Of Credit as per the format in the
contract and
send the Swift Copy to Seller.
*- Upon confirmation of the LC in his bank, Seller send a
notification of
loading date to Buyer.
*- Loading commences.
*- Buyer sends the Discharge Documentation Monthly to Seller for
receiving
his funds with his Bank.
