Sell inner grooved copper tube machine

Description

The coiled soft tube with inner gooved tooling insdie tube is paid off from driven pay off machine to guide sleeve, then straightening rolls, and then into inner grooved tube machine, then the formed tube is pulled by dolly driven by servo motor on guiding convey to ensure the stability of copper tube or aluminum straight tube. When the tube reaches the length, the high speed motor of inner grooved machine will loose, so the smooth tube will be kept, and the cutter will work to cut the needed length tube. Dolly will pull the tube to tube frame. 

The machine is composed of pay off, guide sleeve, straight rolls, inner grooved machine, tube cutter, pressing pneumatic cylinder, dolly, screw shaft guiding convey, and tube frame.
