We are based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, which is the most famous fishing port in the UK. Grimsby used to be the largest fishing port in the world in its heyday. We source all our products from within the coastal waters of Scotland, Ireland and the North Sea. Our brown crabs are renowned to be the best in the country, having more demand than the Cornish or Cromer crabs. Razor clams are a mollusc that is native to our European waters. However we catch them in Scottish waters, mainly on the west coast. They are harvested by hand using experienced divers. This ensures a much better quality product. It preserves the animal better and its better for the environment. The scientific name is ENSIS SPP.

Commonly known as the edible crab or brown crab the scientific name Cancer pagurus is a species of crab found in the North Sea, North Atlantic Ocean and in the Mediterranean Sea. It is a robust crab of a reddish-brown colour, having an oval carapace with a characteristic "pie crust" edge and black tips to the claws. A mature adult may have a carapace width of up to *5 cm (*0 in) and weigh up to 3 kg (6.6 lb). C. pagurus is a nocturnal predator, targeting a range of molluscs and crustaceans. It is the subject of the largest crab fishery in Western Europe, centred around the coasts of the British Isles, with more than *0,**0 tonnes caught annually. The largest being Bridlington, where we currently have over *0 crabbing boats that we source from. We also source from the West coast of England to ensure regular supplies.

Lobsters are caught within the coastal waters of the UK. They are the European Lobster, Homarus Gammarus. It is a blue Sapphire colour and has a much firmer, sweeter,meat than its Canadian cousin. 

The razor clams are packed in bundles that equate to an approximate kilo. They are then wrapped in white grease proof paper and packed into *3kg in polystyrene air freight cartons and chilled with ice gel packs. 
At present we have mediums, 6.5 inch- 7.5 inch, and Large which are 7.5 inch plus.

Crabs are selected for quality. Some clients require only hens, and sizes can be selected too. The crabs are packed in cartons of *5kg after being chilled, and topped with wet wood wool and ice gel packs.

Since we handle all our products using best practices, we ensure only the liveliest products arrive at the destination. The mortality rates on our products are at their minimums.
