in the western area of China. The major products of our
company are new special copper alloy, microcrystalline white mica
powder material, and high purity product, such as *9.**9% Al2O3,
tellurium, tellurium oxide, antimony and so on.
High Purity Tellurium:
Te**5 Grade *9.**9. The content of Tellurium is above *9.**9%. The
total content of AG, Al, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb, Se & Sn is
bellow *0 ppm;
Uitra Purity Tellurium:
Te**6 Grade *9.***9. The content of Tellurium is above *9.***9%.
The total content of AG, Al, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb, Se & Zn is
bellow 1 ppm;
Uitra High Purity Tellurium:
Te**7 Grade *9.****9. The content of Tellurium is above *9.****9%.
The total content of AG, Al, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb & Zn is
bellow 0.1 ppm.
Usage:
It is mainly used in the manufacture of II-VI compound
semiconductor, thermoelectric converting element, refrigerating
element, piezocrystal and infrared detector etc.
