TEXHA’s Cage Equipment for Laying Hens Housing provides:
1. Best conditions for laying hens
housing
The minimal using of plastic elements contributes into hygienic
conditions and enables washing
with hot water under the pressure
The protective galvanized shield protects eggs from
pecking
Cell of the floor mesh has the optimal size
The side partitions are made from galvanized steel. It improves the
air conditioning and
contributes into healthy microclimate in the cage
The incline of the floor enables free rolling down of eggs and
reduces the incisions while their
rolling down
2. Exploitation
period
The cage equipment is made of high-quality steel covered with first
class zinc. The thickness of
zinc covering is up from **8 g/sq m
Construction of equipment enables easy carrying of birds in cage
and softens the energy of eggs
rolling down
The driving gears have steel file-hard sprockets
Equipment includes galvanized fastening details with spring
washers
3. Low exploitation
expenses
Using of energy-saving technologies. The fixed power of electric
equipment of each
battery is 0.*5 kW.
The density of birds housing enables not using of regular heating
during cold season
Feed ing System
The prime cost of egg production includes the cost of the feed.
Economical results depend on the preciseness and effectiveness
of
the feeding system. TEXHA provides their Cage START with feeding
system, which has hopper feed distribution.
This kind of feeding system includes two collapsible hoppers, which
consist of separate open
galvanized hoppers, which are located at each tier of the
batter.
Feeding System Advantages
- The galvanized feeding tray significantly contributes into
hardness of the battery
- The bent inwards feeders side prevents feed loss
- The feed distribution is done through all tiers of
the battery in the even and fast way
- The feeding tray construction prevents appearing
of stagnant zones
- No feed fractionating by size through the
battery
- Fast and comfortable regulation of a certain
hopper on a certain tier
Drinking System
Drinking system is one of the most important systems in life
support of birds. TEXHA provides their Cage Equipment START
with
simple, reliable, and effective drinking system.
Drinking System Components
- Water distribution system which enables
pressure control in the drinking system. The
drinking system is equipped with tanks with
float valves. It can be equipped with pressure
controllers if needed.
- Drinking lines. Each cage is equipped with
3 nipple drinking bowls with V-shaped dropcatcher
installed under the drinking bowls.
The nipple drinking bowls are installed in the pipe *2x*2 mm by
means of special equipment,
what provides the high-qualitative installation and prevents water
leak in the joining areas. Nonusing
of glue contributes into high water quality. The pipes are joined
by means of coupling and yoke.
Manure Evacuation
System
The manure evacuation system in TEXHA’s Cage Equipment START
enables fast and qualitative manure removing. The system’s
drive
is powerful, simple, reliable, and durable.
The longitudinal manure evacuation belts from solid polypropylene
are installed on each tier. They provide fast and
qualitative
manure evacuation. The belts are cleaned by scrapers made from
wear-resistant material. Manure removal is done by electric
motor
from all tiers simultaneously.
The air humidity while manure evacuation is up to *5 %. Timely
manure evacuation and right manure consistence don’t let
the
excessive ammonia and water evaporation. It contributes into
favorable climate in the poultry house.
The size of spacing between manure evacuation belt and floor of
cage equipment has been doubled. It allows to clean the
poultry
house less often. Turning on the manure evacuation belt at each
tier contributes into resource saving.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Feeding System
- Silo for outdoor feed storage
- Steel spiral transporter for diametrical feed loading into the
hopper. It has an automatic turn
off system with non-contact capacitive sensor
- Feed dosing machine, which enables even distribution of feed
through all or separate tiers of
the battery as provided by current standards
- Feed dosing machine or brush for leveling and stirring of feed
through the feeding tray
- Rope feed distribution drive with motor-reducer
- The extensional dosing system, which provides high accuracy of
feed distribution
- Hopper with grooved shiny surface, which does not allow feed
overheating
- The system of logical feed distribution regulation from silo to
feeding tray does not need the
participation of poultry house staff
Drinking System
- Water treatment unit, which includes water meter, medicator,
filter for mechanical
water cleaning, manometers, stop valves
- Water distribution system which enables pressure control in the
drinking
system
- Drinking lines
Manure Evacuation
System
- Diametrical transporter
- Inclined transporter. It is used for manure evacuation from
poultry house and loading onto the vehicle. The inclined
transporter
may be covered with galvanized shield, if it is cold climate
zone.
Egg Gathering
System
The egg gathering system of TEXHA’s Cage Equipment START provides
labor reducing while egg gathering and sorting, meeting
of
biological safety requirements, poultry stress reducing. Either
lift or elevator egg gathering system may be used in
START.
Components of Lift Egg Gathering System:
- Longitudinal belt transporter
- Diametrical transporter with lift mechanism
- Inclined egg gathering transporter and roll-table
The elevator egg gathering system includes universal elevator for
egg
gathering and laying onto egg transporting system. One elevator
is
installed at each battery. It can be included into general line of
eggs
transporting.
