The system of the annealing furnace is composed of heating furnace, furnace core, cooling chamber and vacuum pumping etc. In order to keep the continuity of the manufacturing, load and unload material, heating and heat preservation, cooling can be managed in a series order. This furnace is high efficiency and energy saving due to the powerful convective circulation fan inside of the furnace, so it makes the exchange heat in the furnace rapidly, and reduce the heating and cooling time as well.
Electrical control system is Mitsubishi and Honeywell digital display. It’s an intelligent control system which can monitor the temperature of the whole annealing process. It has alarm function if the temperature comes above the set level. It can also record all the temperature curve of the annealing process.
