Properties : CMC is a kind of cellulose ether with
anion contour's high molecular structure,white to off-white powder
or yellowish floc like fiber powder and graininess .It has
odorless,tasteless, no toxicity; easily disolved in wate water and
become colloidal solution, solution is basic or neutral, its
solution is stable in ph of ***0, color-changed temp. is **7οC,
charring temp. is **2οC, the surface tension of 2% solution is
*1mn/n,but it can't melt in alcohol, ether, acetone and other
organic solvent.
Application : Carboxymethyl cellulose is one of the
organic chemicals as adhesives, dispersants, emulsifiers Ect.
Widely used in detergent, papermaking, oil-drilling, textile,
dyeing, ceramics, construction, paint, welding, battery etc.
