• Massage at Rolling Stars equipment is very intensive and consequently effective. The condition of positive results of massage without negative influence on our body is its performance along the direction of lymph flow, i.e. starting with feet and finishing with upper parts of the body.

• In case of a partial massage (prolonged time of massage of particular body parts), we have to follow an adequate sequence of massage positions due to correct flow of body lymph.
