Description

• Twin ferrule design intends to optimize sealing and tube gripping functions through easy installation
• Non-rotating stem plug moves axially into and out of the seat without rotation to eliminate seat galling
• The stem threads are rolled and lubricated to prevent galling and reduce operating torque
• Stem packing below the threads prevents lubricant washout, thread corrosion and the contaminant from entering the thread area
• Safety back seating provides a metal to metal secondary stem seal when the valve is fully open and also prevents stem blowout while in operation
• Body to bonnet seal is metal to metal in constant compression, creating a reliable seal point to eliminate possible tensile breakage of bonnet and isolate the bonnet threads from process fluid corrosion
• Low torque operating T bar handle; optional with plastic round handle
• Optional panel nuts are available to secure valves to instrument panels
• Dust cap is fitted to contain stem lubricant and prevent the ingress of contaminants
• A lock pin is installed to prevent accidental removal while in service
