COMMON PIPES AND DRIVING

- API*5L

Carbon steel pipes for the conveyance of petroleum products and other purposes, supplied with certificate of quality.

Steel: Degree A or B.

State of supply: Black or galvanized, bevelled edges on requested lengths.

- ASMT A *3

Are normally supplied in diameters of Schedules. Can be supplied with smooth edges, bevelled, and threads. The Brazilian regulation NBR ***0 is similar to that standard. Driving tubes with or without seamless, supplied in steel grades A, B, with defined chemical composition and mechanical properties. The degree A is able to be folded, do flanging and to be coiled; the degree B can be folded and limited flanging.

-ASMT A **6

Are normally supplied in the external diameter of the Schedules. Can be supplied with smooth edges, bevelled, and threads. Applied to high temperatures.

Tubes with driving with and without seamless to work in high temperatures, supplied in steel grades A, B, with chemical composition and mechanical properties defined. The degree A is able to be folded, do flanging and can be coiled, the degreeB may suffer limited bending and flanging

Driving tubes with chemical composition and mechanical properties defined in the class light, medium and heavy. Can be supplied with smooth ends, chamfered or threaded. This standard is almost equal to Brazilian standard NBR ***0.

-DIN****0 (ABNT-NBR****0)

Carbon steel pipes for the conveyance of fluids. Black or galvanized, plain end, bevelled or threaded. Driving tubes without specified material for a maximum pressure of *5 kgf/cm2 for liquids and *0 kgf/cm2 for air gases and non-hazardous. Can be supplied with smooth ends, chamfered or threaded. This standard is almost equal to Brazilian standard NBR ***0 class M.

- ASTM A **0

ASTM tubes A **0 on A,B or C degrees.

Tubes destinated for coating of wells (Casing) and production (Tubing).

Can be supplied in various grades of raw material.

Low carbon steel tubes, seamless, wire drawing, for heat exchangers or condensers

Carbon steel tubes, seamless to high-pressure boilers.

- DIN****1

Seamless steel tubes, precision and restricted dimensional tolerances. The applications are determined by the specific characteristics of these tubes:

- High dimensional accuracy of internal and external diameters.

Smooth-surface due to the process of wire drawing.

- Mechanical properties defined, resulting from cold deformation.

- Range dimensional strictly staggered.

They may also be provided in the BK (without heat treatment after the last training cold), BKW (small wire pass after the last treatment), GBK (annealing in controlled atmosphere) and NBK (normalized in a controlled atmosphere).

COILS AND COATED SHEET

- Galvanized sheets and coils for immersion (IG)

International Specification: HDG (Hot Deep galvanized) carbon steel plates galvanized by hot dipping.

International supplying Standard: ASTM A***3.

Layer of coverage: from *0g / m² to **0g / m².

Appearance of coverage: regular flowers, minimal or zero.

Surface Treatment: electroplate, oiled and Resin (Antifingerprint).

International supplying standard : BMT (base material thickness) - TCT (Thickness with coating treatment).

Thicknesses available: from 0.1 to 4.*0 mm.

Tolerance of thickness: + / *0.*2 mm.

Width of sheet: from **0 to ***0mm.

Weight of coil: from 4 to *2 tonnes.

International Specification: carbon steel sheet coated by immersion in hot aluminum-zinc (*5% AlZn HDG).
