AAC Block Production Line

Main-raw-materials of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block are sand(or fly ash ), calx made as a new walling material of building with a special process, its production engineering and technical equipment was developed .AAC block is light, moisturizer, heat insulation, easy to process, sufficient materials source, can make use of industrial waste, become more and more popular in the market

Production process :

1. Raw material prepare, mainly deal with blocky lime and sand

2. Blocky lime broken by the crusher

3. Ball Crusher mills the small blocky lime into powder.

4. Wet-milling the sand into slurry

5. Batching the Raw materials

6. After batching pour the raw materials to pour mixer to make slur

7. After mixing, pour the slurry uniformly into the mould

8. After per-curing for a suitable temperature and time, the block will get a suitable hardness, and prepared for cutting

9. Tilting hoister turns over the mould *0°

10. Tilting hoister separates the mould and block, and transport the block together with side board to the cutter cart

11. Longitudinal and horizontal vertical cut the block

12. Semi-finished product hoister carries the cut block and side board to the curing cart, Marshalling the blocks and waiting for autoclave

13. Autoclave the block with suitable temperature and pressure

14. Stack and pack the finished product

15. Transportation after packed

16. Side board return

17. Side board combine the mould and oil

18. Mould transport to the position, wait for next pouring.
