Purpose of equipment:Single/double card selectable on the touch screen, For milling of different card slots based on single-chip card and double-chip card bases.

Features: 
1. Provided with functions of slot milling, dust and waste collection.
2. Specially available for single-chip card and duoble-chip card slot milling, the one-card-double slot can be milled through only one complete process.
3. The slot milling process for four standard modules can be preset according to the actual requirement, featuring easy parameter modification.
4. Secial fixture design, ensuring accutate slot milling depth regardless of the thickness/size of cards.
5. Four sets of separated X/Y worktables provided, realizing milling of different type of slots simultaneously ( or separatedly), overcoming the trouble of hard maintenace in the milling center.
6. The slot milling depth at Z-axis can be ensured though guides and screws driven by high prcision sevo, preventing frequent cutter adjustment.
7. The cards can be sent by a belt driven by the servo, ensuing safe and reliable operation of the machine.
8. Testing direction settable, preventing improper milling due to wrong card direction.
9. Over milling testing function provided, preventing NG cards caused by over milling.
