Instructions:
Before adhesive bonding two-point shall be dry, remove oil,
according to specified amount of glue, In generally,glue layer is
between 0.***0.*5mm thick, after stick should be extruded with a
fast speed, so that the bubble will be out of inside glue
layer;.irradiated with ultraviolet light for ***0 minutes, ***0
seconds to reach a fixed intensity
Caution:
As it contains acrylic and resin. may cause skin and eye
irritation. when puncture spout with neddle. please wear pretective
gloves.If it spills into eyes, wash with soap and water immediately
for *5 minutes and get prompt medical care if any harmful or fatal
feeling. keep it out of children reachness.
Curing properties
For better strength and durability
we recommend to clean, degrease and dry surfaces to bond. The
polymerisation UV is belonging to the intensity of the UV lamp, to
the distance from the UV light source, to the bondline gap and to
the light transmittance of the substrate the light shall pass
through. We recommend high inensity UV light sources with minimum
radiation between **5 nm and **0 nm at **0mW/cm2. Curing time may
vary according to adhesive gap.
Storage
Keep product in a cool and dry room
at **8°C. To avoid contaminations do not refill containers with
