Aluminum Alloy castings

Description

The aluminum alloy castings are produced by sand casting process and die casting process.
The weight of the casting is 0.**0 - *0.*0 kg for gravity die casting process and for sand casting process is *0.*0 - *0.*0 kgs.

All castings will be supplied with machining.
The capacity of the foundry is **0 tons per month.
We have 6 CNCs, 4 VMcs and 1 HMC and other conventional machines.
To inspect the machined casting the CMM and other inspection devices are available at QA department.
We have physical lab to inspect the mechanical properties and chemical lab to inspect the composition.
