CNC rapid prototyping
manufacturing is a traditional processing, with removing the excess
material of the rough pieces to get the required prototype .From a
technical point of view, it is a processing method that combines
CAD,CAM, CNC and other advanced technology to get the 3D model from
digging the block of material in the CNC Center. In the prototype
industry, CNC processing general used for some of the larger piece
of the shell structure and the solid board, and also can make
some structural model for functional testing. It can use various
material.

get drawings ,design tool path ,Transmit tool
path to CNC centers , automation processing ,manual
after-treatment (polishing, painting, printing,
etc.)
vacuum casting (silica gel model)
prototype:
In a vacuum state, using the
original model to produce silicone molds, then casting with the PU
materials to clone a exactly same copy of the original model.
Because the technology is fast, low-cost, so greatly reduces the
costs, cycle and risk of the product
development.
