Functions:The shape of chocolate core depends on the mold shape of the machine. We can make various shapes of modes according to customers' requirements such as M M's bean shape, olive shape, triangular bean shape, cube shape, cashew nuts shape,spheral shape, etc.
Working principle: the machine consists of control system, pouring system, transporting system, refrigeration system and sieving system. This machine pours chocolate liquid into the two sets of molds which move opositely under the condition of refrigeration and make the chocolate bean formed instantly, then finalize the shape in the cooling tunnel. The formed chocolate bean core will be reshaped to a better condition in the rolling sieve tube and discharged finally.
